Come join us for our 2nd annual quilt and vendor show!

This year's Quilt and Vendor Show will be even bigger and better! We have moved venues to allow more beautiful quilts and a larger variety of vendors.On June 23rd, following this year's featured speaker, we will open our Quilt and Vendor Show at the Shipshewana Town Center.

Our quilt show will be a juried show so you can look forward to the best of the best!

We will have over 15 different vendors from around the Midwest to provide you with the newest and best items. Whether you have entered a quilt to be judged or are adding to your collection by shopping the vendors. May you have an enjoyable experience!

Event Admission Fee: $9.00* per person.

Daily Admission Fee: $6.00** per person.

Quilt Angels Needed

If you are interested in helping us show off our wonderful quilts, you may volunteer to be a Quilt Angel. You will gently handle the special exhibit quilts as a "white glove" guardian; protecting the quilts from being touched by eager fingers and showing them to visitors who want to see the back of check out the details. Three hours earns you a Shipshewana Quilt Festival 2009 pin. You need no special qualifications; you just need to be a quilt lover! To volunteer, check the Quilt Angel space on your Event Enrollment Form. We must receive your form by May 1, 2010 in order to be eligible. The Shipshewana Quilt Festival will contact you if you are selected.

Show Rules

  • Do not touch the quilts.
  • No smoking, and no food or drink in the show.
  • Photos shot with available light are preferred.
  • For safety reasons, children must be accompanied by an adult.
  • No rolling carts will be allowed on the show floor.
  • Please note, the quilts are not for sale.

Photography Rules

Quilt and show floor photography photos taken at the festival are for your personal enjoyment and for sharing with family, friends, and fellow guild members who could not attend. Photos are not to be used for any commercial purpose. They are not to be posted on any web site which permits images to be used on items that may be purchased, such as T-shirts, mugs, note cards, etc. If you post your photos to your personal web site, you must include appropriate credit to each quilt artist, and note that the photos were taken at the Shipshewana Quilt Festival. Please be responsible in your use of the quilt photographs and help us to protect the rights of the quilt makers and wearable artists. Additionally, LaGrange County Indiana has a large Amish population. Please do not take pictures without prior permission. Thank you for your respect of religious beliefs. Photography at the festival is neither a right nor an entitlement, it is a privilege.
