Come join us for the “Shipshewana Backroads Shop Hop.” There are nine locations, eight unique shops and the Topeka Quilt Show that will be participating in the event. This year the hop will begin on Wednesday and run through Saturday. One of the unique things about this hop is that all the “shops” are within a 30-mile radius. Our theme this year is “Amazing Baskets” As you know, Shipshewana is well known for the treasures it has to offer. Some of the best finds can be found on the path less traveled. Each location has designed their own pattern that will be given to participants of the Shop Hop. Along with the free pattern each shop will be having their own specials for shop hop participants. So take a peak into each of the individual stores’ websites & join the fun. With the $5 entry fee you will receive the Shop Hop Passport and a Tote to carry all the goodies you pick up along the way. Visit all nine locations & have your name entered into a Grand Prize, Second Prize, & Third Prize Drawing. Purchase your passports beginning May 1, 2010 at all participating shops. Passports may also be purchased on-line beginning March 15, 2010. Admission $5.00* per person. *Price excludes your one-time festival pre-registration fee of $8.00. This event does not require pre-registration. |
