Please Note: Enrollments for 2021 are accepted as individual enrollments only. Multiple enrollments by the same person must be processed one at a time. For group enrollments of 10+ people only. Please call (877) 768-2010.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR ENROLLING YOURSELF
Enter your information
Begin by typing your information in the form provided (This is the name that will appear on your name badge exactly as you type it).
Choose the activities you would like to attend
Select your activity by checking the appropriate box next to each activity you would like to attend. Just click the check box again to de-select the activity.
Verify your enrollment
Once you have selected all of the activities you wish to attend, scroll to the bottom of the page and click “Calculate Order” and the system will automatically calculate the price of all the activities you have selected and summarize the information for you.
Submit your enrollment
Once you have verified the information in the order section and it is accurate, click the “Submit Enrollment” button.
Note: If you are redirected to the top of the “sessions” section and you see a pop-up box that states, “Please correct errors shown in red to finish saving your registration.”, your enrollment contains conflicts.
Click OK to close the box.
Scroll down to view the conflicting activities indicated by a shaded bar to the left of the activity.
Click the Resolve Schedule Conflicts
Select which session you would like to attend
Click “Submit Enrollment”
Continue the process until all conflicts have been resolved and you no longer receive the pop-up box at the top of the “sessions” section of the page.
Enter your payment information in the form provided in the payment section. Please be sure that the billing address you enter is the same address your credit card company has on file. If these do not match, your order will not process.
Edit your order
This is your last chance to edit your order before your payment is processed.
If you need to make any changes to your enrollment, DO NOT USE THE BACK ARROW AT THE TOP OF YOUR BROWSER. If you do click the back arrow, simply click the forward arrow and you will be brought back to the Checkout page. You must use the “Edit My Order” button at the bottom of the page to go back and edit your enrollment. You will be taken back to the enrollment form to edit your selections. After you have made your changes, simply follow the checkout procedures above.
Once you have verified that you are enrolling for the correct activities, click the “Review My Payment” button and you will be presented with a review of your payment information.
Once you have verified the information displayed is correct, click the “Submit Payment” button and you will be presented with your receipt. You will also be automatically sent confirmation e-mail.
At the confirmation screen, for a printed copy of your itinerary, click on the link “If you would like to see your schedule in a printer friendly format, click here.”

Do not enter your own information; enter the individual’s information you are registering. (This is the name that will appear on the name badge exactly as you type it).
You may use your e-mail and credit card information for confirmation and payment purposes. You will need to complete this information at the checkout screen.

To enroll over the phone, simply call one of our representatives at 877-768-2010 and they will be happy to assist you. Phone enrollments will be accepted beginning March 1, 2021.

General Enrollment Information
A one-time processing fee of $17 is required* for participation and must accompany each enrollment regardless of enrollment method and date. Processing fee includes entrance to Special Exhibit and Vendor Mall.

The first 500 participants pre-enrolled will receive a free 2021 Shipshewana Quilt Festival Souvenir Pin and Welcome Packet at on-site check-in
Required for most activities
On-site enrollment opens at 12 noon Tuesday, June 22, 2021 and continues through 5 pm Thursday, June 24, 2021
Requires payment of $17 processing fee. ONLY Special Exhibit & Vendor Mall and Shop Hop may be purchased without the $17 processing fee.
Does not include the souvenir pin or Welcome Packet (souvenir pins will be available for $5 while supplies last)
COMPLETING THE ENROLLMENT FORM
Required only for fax, mail and on-site enrollments.
Use a separate Enrollment Form for each participant, regardless of age.
Enrollment Forms received by mail and fax will be processed to the extent activities are available. Should the activity you desired be full, payment will be processed for all other activities available.
YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED IF WE WERE UNABLE TO PROCESS YOUR ENROLLMENT IN ITS ENTIRETY.
Please check your form for scheduling conflicts. You will be enrolled in only one activity per time slot.
Your signature is required (located at the top of the Enrollment Form) confirming that you have read and agree to the Liability Waiver and Indemnification Agreement and Notice of Photos and Videos below.
For workshops, please circle the session number you wish to attend and complete the form with the applicable fee.

All enrollment forms covered by one check must be mailed in the same envelope.
All Enrollment Forms must be received by June 10, 2021. Any Enrollment Forms received after June 10, 2021 will not be processed.
Payment may be made by credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard or Discover.
Payment may also be made with a personal check payable to: SHIPSHEWANA QUILT FESTIVAL, LLC. Checks must be in US dollars only, drawn on a US bank and must include your driver’s license number and birth date.
CONFIRMATION OF ENROLLMENT
The following will serve as your confirmation of enrollment:
On-line enrollments will receive an e-mail confirmation of all activities for which you are registered.
Enrollment by mail, phone or fax will receive an e-mail confirmation if an e-mail address is supplied. Otherwise, your credit card charge statement or canceled personal check will serve as your confirmation.
Workshop registrants will receive an email with workshop requirements and purchasing options after registration has been closed. NO ADDITIONAL CONFIRMATIONS WILL BE SENT OR MAILED.
CANCELLATIONS OF EVENT ENROLLMENT
Enrollment processing fees are non-refundable
All other fees are only refundable in full with your confirmation noted above and a request duly received prior to June 1, 2021
No refunds will be issued after June 1, 2021 no exceptions
CONDITION OF ENROLLMENT & PARTICIPATION
As a condition of your enrollment, attendance, or participation, you agree not to take photographs, audio, or video of any activity sponsored by the Festival without the expressed permission of Shipshewana Quilt Festival, LLC and the related presenters, vendors or other associated individuals.
Shipshewana Quilt Festival will be complying with any and all local, state, and federal mandates and guidelines in effect at the time of the festival.
Enrollment in any Shipshewana Quilt Festival activity, whether by paper or electronically online, constitutes agreement with and acceptance of Liability and Indemnification Agreement and Notice of Photos/Videos.
Liability and Indemnification Agreement:
To the maximum extent of the law, your attendance and participation, including that of your children and minors accompanying you, in any Shipshewana Quilt Festival lectures, classes, tours, or activities, paid for or not, is conditioned on your agreement to hereby indemnify Shipshewana Quilt Festival, its employees, volunteers, and contractors from, and refrain from making any claim or injury, loss, or damage to you or your children and minors accompanying you against Shipshewana Quilt Festival, its employees, volunteers, and contractors, caused by its first negligence, strict liability, or for any other reason. NOTE: On the Enrollment Form you will find a signature line dealing with this liability waiver and indemnification agreement. Your Enrollment Form cannot be processed without your signature on that line.
Notice of Photos and Videos:
By attending the Shipshewana Quilt Festival, you acknowledge that you have been informed that your image may be recorded by any number of types of recording devices for any number of reasons for use in advertising and publicity. Further, you grant your permission for your likeness and voice to be included therein without notice, compensation, credit, or other consideration.
Once a session is full, there will be an alert in red that states "This session is full. You will be placed on the wait-list." You may still choose that activity. Just select it the same as you would for an activity that is still available. Continue your enrollment, and your confirmation will state "You are on the wait-list" next to any activity that is full. Your credit card will not be charged for any activity for which you have been wait-listed. If a spot becomes available you will be moved from the wait-list to the activity and your credit card will be charged at that time.
