Volunteers Needed
If you would like to volunteer for the 2021 Shipshewana Quilt Festival, please click the button below. You will be able to choose in which capacity you would like to serve. Simply click the tab pertaining to your preferred activity. Then, check the sign up box that corresponds with the date and time you would like to volunteer. Click the Sign Up and Submit button. Fill out your information and click the Sign Up Now button.

The hours of dedicated planning time through the Festival to post-Festival take down, Festival-goers like you fill many diverse and critical jobs. Are you interested in helping as a volunteer at the Festival this year? Choose as many jobs and shifts as you like. Three hours earns you a Shipshewana Quilt Festival 2021 pin.
Basic Volunteer Information
In general it is a good idea to arrive 15 minutes before the start of your shift to receive materials and ensure a smooth transition between shifts. It is essential that you remain at your assigned job for the full period specified. Others are relying on you, so it is very important to have an alternate individual that will help out with your commitment if you are not able to follow through because of illness or emergency.
The Shipshewana Quilt Festival organizes its volunteers with an activity Volunteer Coordinator for each of the following activities: Quilt & Vendor Show, Education, Enrollment & Check-in and Overall Coordinator.
